Order Type 1 Sub base Scalpings to create a strong, free draining hard base on which to lay our natural stone.

Size: 32mm-0mm crushed limestone. The bigger pieces aid with drainage, whilst the smaller particles bind the mass together when compressed with a wacker plate. Our scalpings are also available in larger quantities. Please call for details.
