Seals and protects against staining from water and oil-based dirt and grime.

An optimum all round protection for porous building materials.

This single product provides water and oil repellant protection for walls, flooring and roofing.
Can be used inside and outside on both highly porous and low porosity materials, e.g. Limestone, sandstone, marble and slate.

Effective protection for surfaces subject to high levels of foot traffic, including pavements, pedestrian precincts, patios, swimming pool decks, stairways and car parking areas.

A non-film forming surface impregnation, where the surface remains permeable to air and water vapour.

Does not alter the surface colour.

Aesthetics and composition of the treated material remain unchanged.

A treated surface becomes UV-resistant and will not discolour with age.

Apply using a low pressure sprayer, or by roller or brush. Do not dilute product. Application rates with this product vary greatly depending on the porosity of the material to be sealed. Please refer to the Product Guide for the full details.

Surface to be treated must be saturated. This may take 1 or 2 applications depending on the porosity of the surface.

It is not necessary to wait until the surface is dry between applications. However, excess wetness should be wiped away before leaving surface to dry for up to 24 hours. Do not apply in wet or frosty weather.
