Gable End Stone

Stoneworld can help you to create any feature for your property in stone, whether it is a new one, or repairing an older one.

This beautiful property was recently extended, and the owner wished to reproduce a stone detail similar to the damaged stonework already in place on the original building. Maintaining authenticity was key, ensuring that the new section blended seamlessly with the existing architecture and preserved the property’s traditional charm.

Digital Design & Precision Production

Stoneworld were able to assist by sourcing a suitable match and developing a detailed digital design before production. Using StoneGenie technology, our team created precise computer drawings that replicated the form and proportion of the original Gable End Stone exactly. The new piece was then carefully crafted in Bath Stone, chosen for its warm tone and fine texture that complement the existing structure perfectly.

This combination of digital precision and natural material allowed the new stonework to integrate effortlessly with the old, restoring the building’s symmetry and character while improving durability for years to come.
