This project called for a series of individual keystones for a private residence, each depicting iconic symbols from the worlds of music and literature. We are able to bring ideas like this to life because our masonry workshop is equipped with the latest technology, giving us the ability to create precise, bespoke designs with exceptional detail. From digital design to final carving, every stage is carried out with accuracy and care. Each piece began with a 3D scan, allowing us to build accurate designs before carving. These digital files were then translated by our stone-carving robot, which shaped the Bath Stone with precision, ready for hand-finishing. The result is a collection of keystones that combine creativity, technology, and traditional stone values in one unique feature.
