Bespoke stonework is used when a project needs specific dimensions, profiles, curves, inscriptions or junction details. This may include stair treads, risers, wall copings, pool copings, thresholds, water features, carved pieces, engraved signs and architectural masonry. It is particularly valuable where the stone has to meet existing buildings, complex site geometry or a precise design intent. Standard products can cover the main field of a scheme, but bespoke components often determine how refined the finished project feels.

Natural stone, British stone, Bath limestone, marble, sandstone, granite and selected porcelain materials can all be considered depending on the application. Material suitability depends on exposure, finish, size, loading, maintenance and handling. A stone that works well for a sign may not be the right choice for a step tread or pool coping.
