We have over two decades working with natural stone, and are one of the nation’s largest suppliers of premium quality natural stone and porcelain pool copings. Over the years, we have invested constantly in our masonry factory, allowing us to increase our production capacity and offer precision edging and finishing to our customers.
These capabilities mean that we can offer a bespoke service and find innovative solutions to any challenge in garden design and pool construction. This year, we have welcomed our latest machine to the production floor; the Flying Bull.
Flying Bull
The Flying Bull is a specially constructed edge polisher which arrived to our Oxfordshire site from Italy this spring. Using the latest technology, it is able to create perfectly bullnosed copings in natural stone or porcelain quickly and efficiently, producing consistent, standardised pool copings for our customers.
With a variety of options possible, the edge polisher allows us to create bullnosed, pencil edged and flat edged copings, meaning lower lead times and plenty flexibility in the copings we are able to offer our customers.
It’s a fantastic machine and the team can’t wait to get started with it.

We invested in our latest edge profiler in order to continue providing the high quality copings Stoneworld have become known for, and to help us meet the increasing demand we experience for premium pool products. The Flying Bull means that we can increase our capacity substantially, reducing lead times without compromising on quality. This also means we can confidently offer perfectly edged copings for any project or specification.
The Flying Bull represents another leap forward for the business and re-enforces our commitment to innovation in our masonry services. Such investments mean Stoneworld will continue to be one of the largest suppliers to the UK natural stone pool coping market for many years to come.
